At SHEEPDOG®, we stand by the reliability of our tactical electronics; if your gear doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all technical components included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SHEEPDOG® account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the electronics in their original protective casing and box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
